Mid Cities Mustang is seeking a qualified Automotive Technician / Mechanic

We are seeking a passionate artisian/mechanic/problem solver who loves Ford Mustangs and has classic car repair experience.
Responsibilities
Provide repair and maintenance to gasoline powered engines. Adjust, diagnose, repair, replace, and install ignition systems, fuel systems, electrical/wiring, braking, air conditioning, and steering systems. Work with hoisting and jacking equipment, power tools, measuring instruments, gauges and meters.
Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety in all work environments and areas. Maintain effective system of communication with team.
Provide maintenance and repair of Ford Mustangs/classic cars, mechanical equipment and machinery – need to have an understanding of carburetors and the maintenance.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting automobile equipment failures.
Performs inspections on completed jobs to ensure highest quality; ensures conformance with policies, procedures, and safety codes.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
5+ years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities above
Customer satisfaction is important to our clients
ASE Certifications preferred
Welding and fabricating experience is a positive
Good problem solving and mechanical analytical skills
Must provide own tools
References of previous quality experience mandatory
Must be authorized to work in the US
Must have a valid drivers license
