Commercial Pipefitter – Dallas, Texas
Location: Dallas, Texas
Job Type: Full-Time | Long-Term Project
Pay: $26-$32/hr
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Commercial Pipefitters with at least 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction.
This position requires a strong background in pipe system installation, layout, and assembly. The ideal candidate will be able to read blueprints, fabricate, and install piping systems accurately and efficiently.
OSHA 10 certification is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
Measure, cut, thread, and assemble pipes according to specifications
Install and repair piping systems for commercial or industrial projects
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
Work with materials such as carbon steel, copper, and PVC
Ensure all work meets project specifications and safety standards
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work area
Collaborate with welders, plumbers, and project foremen to complete projects on schedule
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial pipefitting experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and pipe drawings
Knowledge of pipe systems, supports, and installation techniques
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Own basic hand tools and power tools
OSHA 10 certification preferred (not required)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
