Full Job Description
MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN RESIDENTIAL ROOFING
To perform repair/punch out work required in the maintenance and construction of roofing projects assigned by Operations.
Receives work orders for the job.
Determines material requirements and tools or equipment needed to perform job.
Performs work needed to ensure proper quality levels for the project and the customer is satisfied
Follow established policies, rules and regulations, and procedures are followed.
Provides updates of progress to general manager/owner on a daily basis or upon completion, whichever occurs first.
Responsible for all processes, equipment, employees, safety, and housekeeping of the work area and meeting production quality and quantity standards on the job.
Ensures that work is completed within time alloted by the general manager/owner.
Troubleshoots problems.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical strength to lift and move items that may weigh up to 80 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or crouch for extended periods
Ability to climb ladders or scaffolding
Ability to work in hot climate

A job for experienced residential roofers only.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday’s and some Saturday’s.

Foreman Duties Include:
Supervising and Managing a crew of 4-6 people.
Training new hire laborers.
Ensure that the crew is operating to optimize safety, service & quality measures.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of two (2) or more years experience in general residential roofing.
Working knowledge of residential roofing procedures and safety.
Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.
Experience with: Asphalt Shingles, Cedar Wood Shakes, and Concrete Tile and Metal a plus.
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL SPEAK FLUENT SPANISH AND ENGLISH.
A valid state driver’s license (in good standing).
Able to lift 80 lbs. and climb up and down ladders. Not afraid of heights.
Able to work within a team environment.
Able to work full time Monday - Friday and Saturday if needed
Authorized to work in the United States with valid paperwork.
Must pass pre-employment drug test. NO DRUG USE OR ALCOHOL ISSUES
Compensation/Pay
Hourly/Salary
$75,000 to $100,000+ based on proven experience.
Includes Bonuses Opportunities- Monthly
Includes Annual Bonus based upon performance.
