IntroductionThis position is for an experienced, senior ServiceNow Solution Architect. This position requires deep technical experience and skillsets across multiple ServiceNow functions and applications, as well as, a successful record of engagement with customers to understand their business strategy and design solutions to meet business requirements. Deep experience/knowledge with ServiceNow HRSD (prefer certification). If not based in Dallas Fort Worth, TX Metroplex must be willing to travel to Stefanini's customer location in Plano, TX for in-person meetings. Skills and ExperienceFive (5) years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect and/or Senior DeveloperDeep technical knowledge of at least three (3) ServiceNow functional areas - i.e. ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, ITBMMinimum of two (2) ServiceNow CertificationsAdvanced experience in configuring/implementing/developing ServiceNow functionality across ServiceNow modules (cross-platform)Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and conceptsSignificant experience working with customers to gather business requirements and develop a technical solution design to meet the requirements.Significant experience leading ServiceNow engagements with multiple resourcesExperience working in an agile environment utilizing Story/Defect methodology including writing agile stories for ServiceNow development and testing.Experience designing business functions, processes, and information flow within ServiceNow or between ServiceNow and other business systems using SOAP and REST APIAdvanced ability to provide guidance on programming practices and techniques to individuals and cross-functional teamsExperience implementing ServiceNow upgrades and patches, knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade and patching processExperience managing ServiceNow code changes in update sets and promoting and applying update sets across instancesAbility to provide technical ServiceNow demonstrations across multiple ServiceNow functional areas - i.e. ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR, ITBMExperience with JavaScript and Angular JSExpertise in ServiceNow Development and Administration techniquesExperience implementing integrations of ServiceNow to external systems with knowledge of common integration techniquesJob ResponsibilitiesProvide portfolio-level, strategic architectural oversight for the design, development, modification, and implementation of mid- and long-term solutions within the ServiceNow platform to solve the most complex business and technical issuesMake high-level design choices and recommend solutions that align architecture to strategic plans.Provides expertise and leadership in the ServiceNow platform and integration design to meet business requirements.Work directly with customers to understand business requirementsDevelop a scope of work to meet customer business requirementsManage customer relationships.Creating statements of work with specific, granular delivery steps in alignment with the scope of work.Responsible for managing the scope of work, insuring contractual deliverables, and managing change orders for assigned projects.Provide customers with ServiceNow roadmaps that align with their business strategyProvide technical and architectural guidance, support, and training for other team members.Coach and mentorProvide presentations and demonstrations of ServiceNow functionality and roadmap.
