OverviewThis position is responsible for organizing programs and projects with alignment to the organization's goals and mission. Developing programs in support of the strategic direction for the produdct and technology team. This individaul partners with product and development teams to manage software and hardware operating plans. This position will evaluate the workings of the Swing Suite TI systems and applications. The Program Manager/Business Analyst will determine areas in which technology solutions and alternatives can add value.Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage programs to support strategic directin of technology and product teams
Manage changes and analyze program risks with 3rd party partners
Define and document requirements; analyze requirements and provide alternative or logical solutions
Write functional specifications; lead development of common standards with the assistance of technology architect
Assist in operational rollout and support of hardware and software processes
Gather, analyze, document, validate the needs of business stakeholders
Manage system requirements between the business and software development team throughout different projects
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or a related field required
4 or more years of relevant software business analyst experience
4 or more years of project or program management experience
Expertise in developing and implementing programs across platforms
Excellent relationship building skills and writing proficiency
Scrum meeting management and backlog prioritization
Knowledge of agile methodologies
Knowledge of creating and executing project plans
Proficiency in writing user stories from business to development perspective
Communication with leadership and program risk analysis
Strategy and application understanding of software and hardware offerings
Proven experience in managing software rollouts
Knowledge of gaming applications (Unity, Simway, or others)
Competency in Microsoft applications
