Job Description
Run routine analysis to support production plants including GC, titration, HPLC, viscosity, AA, colorimetry, and infrared, pH, acidity, stability, and spectrophotometry.
May also be responsible for some calibration/standardization as well as minor preventative maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Requirements
1 or more years of recent laboratory experience or be currently enrolled in a technical degree program.
Self-starter and able to work with supervision.
Reliability is absolutely essential as this is a 24 hour process.
On the job training will be provided.
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office are also essential.
Strong adherence to safety disciplines and policies is mandatory.
Some level of college education in chemistry or biology is desirable but is not mandatory if the candidate has sufficient laboratory experience and a demonstrated skill level.
