This industry Leader has two immediate openings for Level 1 & 2 Support both from the desktop to phone support. This qualified candidate will have a multiple of technical experiences from the Desktop and will provide excellent customer support, follow up with the end users. This role will also require weekend phone coverage

Saturday and Sunday from 12:00PM - 9:00PM. The remaining 24 hours of the work week would be onsite answering phone calls Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 11:00AM - 8:00PM. Primary focus is answering phone calls and will require to be onsite to image computers, inventory stock rooms, wipe data from old computers, etc. Provide advanced technical assistance to customers regarding various hardware and software applications. Troubleshoot and diagnose various technical issues. Assess and understand user needs and issues and recommend the appropriate technical fixes to customers. Utilize ticket system for managing work and understand prioritization of tickets Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel, Candidate will have Strong PC/Server hardware and software installation and troubleshooting skills, Experience with M365 and ability to work independently with limited supervision is a must, as well as work in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a Minimum of 3-5 years' experience preferred. Microsoft or CompTIA certifications is a plus
