Coordinate with Engineers, planners and shop fabrication manager to produce high quality isometric piping drawings in accordance with Industry standards and specifications in accordance with Dow chemical specs.

Able to complete task and drawing assignment outlined in work order packages in a safe, efficient and professional manner.

Field measure and sketch existing piping for removal and replacement and produce high quality ISO drawings for fabrication.

Ability to design and draw high quality 2D drawings of various pots, component parts, vessels, structural beams and supports.

Carries out field walk down as necessary with engineers, operators and planners for placement and routing of new piping and equipment and ISO for fabrication.

Required Qualifications:

3 or more years ofexperience with pipe drafting and design/drafting in the Petrochemical or Oil and Gas industry.

Able to read blueprints, isometrics and P&ID drawings.

Professional knowledge of drafting standards, practices and procedures.

Be proficient in computers to perform job tasks.

Have strong Interpersonal, Facilitative, and Organizational skills.H

Demonstrates excellent decision making skills and the ability to prioritize appropriately.

Preferred Requirements:

Education:

Associate degree in Drafting and or Pipe Drafting and Design is required.
