Our Regional Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the helicopter maintenance at the assigned programs meets our safety and quality standards.Our Regional Maintenance Manager leads a team of highly-skilled maintenance technicians, ensuring bases have appropriate staffing levels and adequate relief for all employees under supervision. This position does require regular travel. Requirements: Comprehensive understanding of FAR 135 Regulations. Advanced knowledge of helicopter systems. Ability to lead, assist, and train personnel in the maintenance and repair of company owned aircraft. Maintain a thorough understanding of procedures and processes that are required to manage the maintenance of a growing fleet of rotary wing aircraft. Must be able to perform aircraft maintenance, not just manage the performance of others. Perform designated QA and audit functions. rovide 24 hour technical support to base technicians in assigned area.
