The RN Charge Nurse Supervisor Women’s Services will oversee the night shift on this fast-paced unit. Reporting directly to the Nurse Manager, this supervisor will provide front-line leadership for the department. This supervisor will manage the unit staffing plans and staff scheduling. The RN Charge Nurse Supervisor Women’s Services will provide mentorship for staff nurses and will participate in quality improvement efforts to ensure that quality care is provided to all patients.
The RN Charge Nurse Supervisor Women’s Services will serve their staff through empowering a culture of clinical excellence, advocacy, and development. The ideal candidate will have a background in either Labor and Delivery or Postpartum Mother-Baby nursing and will be passionate about growing and supporting their team!
