What your duties and responsibilities will be
Maintain a 1.5% or lower retention rate
Maintain a 5% or lower call back rate
Maintain 4.8 (out of 5) customer satisfaction score
Minimum 2% upsell/cross sells closure rate with an annual goal of 2% - 5%.
Pass Quality Pro & Green Pro Certified tests within first 90 days
Minimum 5 reviews monthly from Yelp, Facebook, Google, etc.
What you should bring to this position
2+ years experience - Must have 2+ years experience performing pest control services and maintaining a pest control route.
Drivers License - Must have clean driving record
Pest Control License - Must be licensed in the State of Texas to perform pest control.
Termite License a plus - Termite license a plus but not required at time of hire. Must obtain a license within 90 days of hire date.
Physically Fit - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Walking, driving and standing a minimum of 8 hours a day required.
Job SummaryPest control technician are responsible for performing general pest, termite, rodent and mosquito work using environmentally friendly green products. Technicians will be assigned a route and will be responsible for performing services, assisting customers and office personnel.
