As an Assistant Sales Manager (titled Agency Development Manager), in partnership with the District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for helping with recruiting, developing strategies for recruiting, and training/developing representatives. You will be expected to make connections in your community, present the value in our products to business owners, and close opportunities using a proven systems developed by our very own territory.
Managers are responsible for achieving growth and sales plans through successful management of your team. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.

Previous sales experience, leadership experience, track record of success are beneficial but not necessary.

Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
Life and Health licensed is required to move forward, but we can help you acquire one if you arent already licensed.
