What you will be doing?
Our Maintenance Manager directs all maintenance personnel in daily activities.
Our Maintenance Manager reconciles daily downtime reports from production and maintenance teams.
Our Maintenance Manager ensures parts for work orders are in stock.
Our Maintenance Manager maintains files for customer audits.
Our Maintenance Manager reviews repair cost estimates.
What you need for this position?
Our Maintenance Manager will have knowledge of preventative and corrective maintenance, strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics
Our Maintenance Manager will have demonstrated experience with industrial electricity.
Our Maintenance Manager will have the ability to tear down or build plant machines.
Our Maintenance Manager will offer progressive leadership skills.
Our Maintenance Manager will offer strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
What Wed Like to See But Not a Showstopper:
Degree from vocational school or a 4 year degree in Business Administration
