About Us:
Apex Techlink, Inc. is a Texas-based technology and patent licensing company focused on artificial intelligence, digital security, and financial compliance systems. Our Marshall office supports national business operations and administrative coordination.
We are looking for a dependable Office Clerk to manage daily office functions, handle basic accounting and recordkeeping, and coordinate communication between our Marshall office and corporate management.
Job Duties:
Perform general administrative tasks: filing, data entry, scanning, and correspondence
Assist with invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping
Manage office supplies, mail, and vendor coordination
Maintain accurate records (electronic and paper)
Communicate with our corporate and accounting teams as needed
Keep the office organized and professional
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
3+ year of office or clerical experience
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; QuickBooks helpful)
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Details:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On-site in Marshall, TX
Fixed monthly salary: $3,400–$5,000 (equivalent to $40,800–$60,000 annually)
