Professional apartment manager! Beautiful Nacogdoches.
We are searching for a Property Management Professional to manage a 200 unit apartment community in the Nacogdoches. The right person for this position must be detail oriented with a strong work ethic and possess exceptional customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to supervise with a "can-do" attitude. This position requires a self-motivated multi-tasker able to work well with residents as well as maintaining a successful atmosphere with staff . Position also requires a knowledge of maintenance and what it takes to follow a budget and take pride in your property. Must have Tax Credit experience. Apartment industry experience required.
