Day & Nite Repair is looking for a Cell Phone Repair Technician. Theres a lot of technical expertise that makes someone a quality repair technician, and any previous experience repairing phones is a bonus. But the trait were really looking for is a great attitude. The Details:
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $12.00/hour (plus commissions)
What Cell Phone Repair technicians Do:
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair phones
Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed quality standards
Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment
Answer phone calls to the store with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor
Keep track of all devices and inventory
Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair
Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store
Basic Qualifications:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- High integrity, honesty, and loyalty
- Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Work well in a team
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or GED
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience repairing Samsung and apple devices
- Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics
- Previous experience working at retail electronics store
