Traveling Video Shopper - All Expenses Paid, Full-Time Opportunity
Reality Based Group is a premier undercover shopping provider that serves clients all over the country. We look for individuals who are self-motivated to work independently to achieve their goals. Our Customer Experience Evaluators are Full-Time employees that travel around the country throughout the month to capture footage and information on our clients' customer experience. They send the footage to our home office in Austin, TX to then be edited and seen by our clients from the store to executive level. This role is 100% travel providing all expenses paid for travel outside of your city and home state.
We are looking for someone with these characteristics-
Love to travel, available to fly all over the US and stay overnight during the workweek
Travel Experience is preferred
Experience working autonomously is preferred
Savvy with your laptop and your smartphone
Take the initiative and communicate consistently and proactively
Execute instructions/directions as given
Personal project management skills
Self-motivated and thrive working remotely
At least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, good driving record, and current, valid liability insurance
Have a clean background
Excellent attention to detail
Results-driven and customer-focused
Want to be a key contributor in a vibrant, growing company
Job Responsibilities-
Travel to our clients' businesses and use our undercover camera to film your experience
Follow the guidelines provided for each shop
Handle camera equipment with care to capture quality footage
Fill out a short survey after shops are completed
Label all video files correctly
Complete an expense report after each trip
Be a part of a winning team by consistently delivering excellence
As an integral team ambassador, you understand that your work is a true reflection of the company and the team as a whole
