We are looking for someone who has drywall experience with all the tools and supplies necessary to do 1 tape and 1 mud (no texturing) up to 5' x 5' hole cut for plumbers access. Lots of potential for upsell (you get 70%) to paint after job is complete . Reliable transportation, hand tools, clean background, and smart phone are required. Drywall payouts are as follows:
1' x 1' = $78
2' x 2' = $84
3' x 3' = $96
4' x 4' = $102
5' x 5' = $120
For multiple openings, take the full amount of the largest opening and 1/2 the amount of every subsequent opening.
Candidate must be willing to learn the residential locksmith trade. We provide all locksmith tools necessary to rekey houses for new home residential rekeys. We remove, rekey to a new set of keys and reinstall the locks at each house we service and make sure everything works to the customer's satisfaction. This normally takes less than an hour to complete. All jobs are received through an app on your smart phone. Our jobs can be scheduled to fit your schedule and is a perfect supplement to your current income.
