I'm looking for someone to provide customer service for my online retail business. I sell products on Amazon, eBay, website, and other sales channels.
Duties would include but not limited to:
Picking and Packing products
Answering emails, txts, calls
Selling and up-selling products
Listing products online
Research for new sales opportunities
Some assistant work like running errands
I'm looking for someone with the following qualities:
Computer skills, experience with spreadsheets, photo editing, etc.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Reliable and punctual
Detail oriented
Good people skills and phone etiquette
