Inbound call center, they receive calls from customers calling in to place orders for different vital records for example birth, marriage, divorce, and death. Depending on the state they are ordering for they may have to explain what type of documentation they need to send in for proof of ID or entitlement. They also take payments from customers ranging from bill payments, to citations, and child support. Some of the callers are irate and would need to make sure you listen and show empathy.
