Duties include answering telephone call inquiries and promoting an organization's products and services. Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude required.The Staffing Coordinator will be ordering backgrounds for ADP's new hires, taking calls and sending out emails for the potential employees for ADP. Needs high school diplomaMust have good previous job tenure and great computer skills, bilingual is a plus.
