Dental Hygienist - Agave Dental Care

Job Summary/Description
Our patient centered practice is now in need of additional hygiene time to accommodate our growing patient base. We are looking a top-notch, highly motivated, experienced hygienist who not only can perform gum therapy with the greatest of ease but can "inspire" even the more reluctant patients to achieve their own best possible oral health! If you are a "team player" who takes take pride in your skills and who is looking for a practice where you will be appreciated and rewarded, THIS IS IT!
Starting Pay- DOE- 25-40+ dollars per hour, this is production pay model with a base pay cushion that makes our hard working hygienists the best paid in the industry!
Hiring for Morning, Afternoon, and Evening hours and Saturdays, schedule is to be decided and flexible.
About Agave Dental Care
Agave Dental Care was founded by Dr. Jake Williams. We are a 6 operatory practice that has been around for 40 plus years. We have a large patient base and 19 team members, 4 front desk, 6 dental assistants, 5 hygienists, one office manager and 3 doctors. Our team is very highly productive and the service we give to patients is 5-star rated. Therefore any candidate for this position will need to have or develop great communication skills and be able to work well in our team. Smiling all the time is a prerequisite for this position :)
We serve the North East El Paso area and provide all facets of dentistry. We are open Monday through Saturday 7am-7pm. We have multiple doctors so employees work in smaller teams. Employees do not work 6 days per week. We utilize shift work and most employees get 30 to 38 hours and 3 to 5 days per week depending on their shifts. We do offer excellent benefits with some kicking in at 90 days of employeeship and some at 1 year. Benefits include 401k with matching, Sams Club Card, Paid Sick Days, Paid Vacation, and Health and Dental Care.
