To assist the Office Manager in meeting the administrative needs of the facility by performing administrative and general office duties, including answering the phones, ordering of supplies, filing and other administrative details. This position is the main point of contact and the first impression of the company, both over the phone and in person.
High School Diploma/G.E.D and previous experience in a receptionist / administrative capacity. Able to read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish. Be able to perform basic mathematical functions. Strong communication skills. Excellent customers service and teambuilding skills. Ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Computer literate with word processing and spreadsheet skills (Microsoft Word/Excel) as well as familiarity with office machines and equipment and be able to use a 10-key calculator. Must be at least 19 years of age and possess a valid drivers license along with a good driving record and criminal history must meet or exceed company standards
