The Turf Cleaning Sales Representative is responsible for reaching out to potential customers, following up with leads, and educating them about our professional turf cleaning services. This role involves creating and presenting quotes, explaining service packages and membership options, and ensuring each customer receives an exceptional experience from first contact through booking.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with new and existing leads via phone, text, and email
Provide detailed information about turf cleaning services, maintenance options, and benefits
Create accurate and professional quotes based on customer needs and service type
Explain and promote membership plans, discounts, and ongoing maintenance programs
Maintain detailed records of all communications, quotes, and follow-up activities
Assist customers with scheduling and answer any service-related questions
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable making calls and following up with leads
Basic computer and CRM skills
Ability to understand and explain cleaning processes clearly
Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
Previous sales or customer service experiencepreferred
