Blue Collar Express offers great home time with plenty of miles. Our top drivers are averaging 3200 miles each week even on e-logs with our strategic drop/hook locations. DRIVERS ARE ALWAYS HOME ON TUESDAY, THURSDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY 99%OF THE TIME!
We are growing our fleet with the addition of several new trucks and trailers! We have multiple full-time and part-time positions available but they're filling up quickly!
We have recently changed our pay structure to allow drivers to choose their benefits. Andwe're offering a $500 SIGN ON BONUS!
Our trucks only run TX, NM and AZ. So, drivers are never more than 725 miles from EL Paso.
We also own our own brokerage company, so 75% or more of the loads will be from your own company. That means that most of the time you'll be working with your own company dispatchers that you see in the office every week.
Our trucks are inspected and serviced each week to ensure they are running properly. We want our drivers and our trucks to be safe and keep moving!
We have 24 hour a day dispatch so if you have a blown tire, need a T-Check or have an emergency, we're just a phone call away any time day or night.

Requirements: Our drivers must have 2 yrs of driving experience, a clean MVR and be able to pass a drug screen.
