They receive and direct incoming calls in a helpful and effective way by operating a multiple line switchboard. They also provide information to incoming customers and perform a variety of clerical support duties.Major Responsibilities:
Receives and directs incoming calls; serves as location receptionist.
Opens and sorts daily mail.
Takes and relays messages.
Provides information to customers as required.
Performs other related duties as necessary.
Sends outgoing and receives incoming faxes to be disbursed.
Shipping outgoing packages.
Data input or word processing as needed.
Required Skills
Minimum Education: High School Degree or GED.
Ability to operate multiple line switchboard.
Should possess positive interpersonal skills and energetic customer relations skills.
Confidentiality requirementminimal.
Required Experience
Minimum Experience: Some exposure to business environment helpful, but not required.
