This opportunity is for a SNF that offers a guaranteed 32 hours a week (up to 40), 4 days per week. One year of recent SNF experience is required. PHYSICAL THERAPIST JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Successful completion of National Certification Examination
1 year of verifiable, supervised professional experience within the last 3 years
Valid PT license in state of practice
