The primary purpose of this job is to provide a stellar first impression to all phone/walk-in traffic. Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, Real Estate Sales Agents and administrative staff.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, scanners, postage meters and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management and other applications.

Answer telephone no later than the second ring and give information to callers, take detailed messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.

Keep current phone roster.

Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person according to their needs.

Act as a customer service representative and liaison between PenFed Realty agents and clients, prospects, Pentagon Federal Credit Union Members and other parties.

Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.

Generate mailings of promotional material, follow-up letters to clients or other information.

Maintain Agent Workroom, sales and listings boards, keep form current and stocked in forms bins.

Provide general administrative support for Real Estate Agents, including multiple listing system, processing listing files and contract files.

Complete other assigned tasks and assists with special projects as needed.

Assist with maintaining PFR’s compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances by abiding by PenFed/PFR compliance program and all policies, procedures, rules and regulations.

Education and ExperienceEquivalent combination of education and experience is considered.

High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.

Minimum of one (1) year of experience is required. Real Estate, Mortgage, or Title experience is preferred.
