FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER (PEOC3T-21-0797-F): Bowhead seeks a Field Service Engineer (FSE) to support its PEOC3T contract in Fort Hood, TX. The FSE will be part of the Tactical Cyber and Network Operations (TCNO) team and will support the Ruggedized Applications Platform - Tactical Radio (RAP-TR), Atom Planner and Network Planning Terminal (NPT) to ensure they remain functional, available and support unit mission readiness. Other Duties may include: • Install software updates, provide integration and quality assurance support. • Responsible for configuration management of workstations, databases, networks, communications, and web-based applications. • Assist with network planning and configuration, as well as adapting to changes in order to accommodate network architecture revisions. • Serve as liaison to the entire Lower Tactical Internet (LTI) community Requirements REQUIREMENTS: • AA/AS from an accredited college, or 2 year technical school and certification in area of expertise (Degree in Area of Expertise Preferred). • 5 years of experience in area of expertise. 2 years in a supervisory capacity. • Must be able to load database products and software patches as required along with troubleshooting hardware and software issues. • A solid background in Software and Networking is critical in order to fully grasp the complexities of planning and supporting the network. • Understanding of the tactical radio network environment and standard Unit communications architecture is preferred. • Maintain deployment readiness for worldwide deployment at all times, travel up to 50% of the time and have the ability to acquire a corporate credit card.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
