Looking for a Systems Engineer to join the CTSF Team at Fort Hood. DSA is looking for a Systems Engineer (SE). The Systems Engineer is responsible for the day to day operation of the test floor network of the Central Technical Support Facility (CTSF) located at Fort Hood TX. - The SE shall provide system engineering support to maintain the facilities and expertise to support the material developer in the integration of individual systems into a System of Systems (SoS) capability. -Maintain the capability to verify integrated software releases IAW CIO/G6 and software blocking policy/Capability Sets. -Perform engineering and technical assessments and provide recommendations on the integration of systems applications and hardware prior to fielding of operational units. -Provide hardware and software virtualization support, Host Based Security System (HBSS) support, system validation and integration support to numerous PMs on the integration and risk reduction labs, and assist Army programs with interoperability assessments and AIC rehearsal. -Maintain knowledge on technologies employed in current and future C2 baselines and assist the material developers in identifying shortfalls -Assists in maintaining RMF requirements - Must be able to interface with the application users, understand and develop graphical user interfaces that meet the needs of the user Required Skills: DoD Secret Security Clearance Bachelor's Degree or higher in STEM 5+ years' experience in Systems Engineering (1 year in Army Tactical C4ISR NE) DoDD 8570.01 standards, IAT Level 2 CompTIA Security+ certification Windows computing environment Desired Skills: Knowledge of Army Endpoint Security System (AESS) Knowledge of Elastic technology COVID-19 continues to significantly impact our communities, families and employees.
