Will facilitate missioning, training, maintaining certification, travel, timecard and performancereviews with assigned NET Trainers.Essential functions will include: You must lead, build, and mentor your team. Will consolidate all NET reports for distribution to SME or PM MC. When assigned will conduct and participate in weekly round-table discussions with the government, NET Trainers, NMIBs and IPRs. The purpose of the meetings are to discuss, but not limited to, open issues, knowledge sharing, status of upcoming NET events andpersonnel activities, and to provide a forum for technical interchanges. Manage the government-provided suite of equipment in a government designated facility/facilities for NET training and familiarization of software and hardware baselines. Will provide training to support NET Training professional development within Mission Command using white papers, courses, capturing AARs, Lessons Learned and TT&P to share across Mission Command.Requirements Senior: High School Diploma (or GED Equivalent) with 8 years of experience training. May substitute BS/BA for 4 years of experience. Army Basic Instructor (ABIC or ITC) School trained/certified instructor. Experience with Army Mission Command Systems (AMCS) such as Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Servers, GCCS-A or DRRS-A or Platform (JBC-P) or Fires (FSC2) systems. Requires Active DoD Secret security clearance. Must be a US Citizen, be worldwide deployable, have a valid US Driver's License and be able to obtain a valid passport within 30 days of employment. Military experience preferred.SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.Applicants may be subject to a pre-employment drug & alcohol screening and/or random drug screen, and must follow UIC’s Non-DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Program requirements.
