FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, JUNIOR (PMMC-20-1971-Z): Bowhead seeks Field Service Representatives (FSRs) to provide the necessary technical, logistics, engineering and support/advice to enhance the warfighter's use of Mission Command systems in support of tactical, operational and strategic operations. Must be able to train and interact with all ranks, Flag Officer to Private.

Essential functions will include: • Conduct support of the PM MC fielded baselines and may be given at CONUS or OCONUS locations (could include Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Korea, Germany, Italy and Australia.) • Required to operate and maintain all supported software and systems. • Have experience with, and a working knowledge of the current fielded version Mission Command specific hardware and software. • Perform functional and empirical analysis to evaluate new MC software products and changes in hardware and software. Provide constructive feedback to PdM MC C4ISR and systems engineering Configuration Management (CM) personnel regarding the potential impact upon various digitized units, including the Stryker Brigades at locations worldwide to include CTC rotation missions. • Capable of both independent operation as well as team interaction with the ability to transition smoothly between the two with no loss of efficiency. • Provide technical support independently under challenging and changing conditions. • Display a high degree of resourcefulness and initiative in the face of changing conditions and customer requirements. • Must be able to interpret and execute implied tasks to accomplish missions. • Other duties assigned. Requirements Junior • BA/BS + 1 year or AA/HS +3 years of experience. • Requires Active DoD Secret security clearance. • Must be a US Citizen, be worldwide deployable, have a valid US Driver's License and be able to obtain a valid passport within 30 days of employment. • Military experience preferred. • Current certifications in: CompTIA Security+ CE and/ or CompTIA A+ CE Preferred Preferred Skills: Microsoft Specialist Certification in Windows 10 (Exam 697). AMCS Family of Systems Familiarity (CPOF, DDS, C2I and Command Web). Tactical Internet and Mission Command System Experience. SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location. Testing Program requirements.
