Overview

The Analyst-Employee Technology and Enablement will work on the newly formed Employee Technology and Enablement capability, which is critical to support the global workforce in the adoption and enablement of new technology products. Sample technologies include the Microsoft O365 platform, Robotic Process Automation, and various other technology tools that can be used to enable the business to realize operational efficiencies and improve the employee experience. This team member will be a strong communicator and have experience using technology to transform how an organization performs work.

Responsibilities

JOB DUTIES

  • Assists with the successful deployment, adoption, and transformation of employee technology services across the global enterprise
  • Execute the employee technology roadmap
  • Utilize change management to fully maximize new technology applications and features
  • Support the business in identifying use cases to more efficiently leverage technology
  • Build and foster a global employee technology user group
  • Fosters and champions an environment that promotes trust, self-development, continuous improvement, innovation, and quality outcomes
  • Coaches members of cross-functional teams to accomplish project/program goals, meet deadlines, and resolve technical/operational issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Conform with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

Knowledge

  • Experience working on programs of change, transformation initiatives, or technology programs
  • Advanced knowledge in the design, planning, deployment, and utilization of technology tools such as Teams, SharePoint Online, PowerBI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and virtual collaboration tools

Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise with the support of technology programs such as RPA, O365, workforce productivity tools and collaboration tools
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts and language
  • Experience working collaboratively on a team to meet key performance indicators and team objectives
  • Proven track record of solving difficult problems in an enterprise environment
  • Skilled in working with key groups across an organization such as IT, Audit, Compliance, Cyber etc to ensure security and privacy compliance is maintained

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience required

Experience

  • 3 years working on programs of change, transformation initiatives, or technology programs required
  • 1 year design, planning, and deployment of technology solutions required

Licenses

  • Microsoft O365 preferred
  • PMP, LEAN or Agile preferred
  • Certification in Robotic Process Automation preferred
