Service & Culture: This position is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation, delivery storage of medications, including (when appropriate) the use of technology to do so. Additionally, clinical services should be provided to ensure safe medication administration and for clinical monitoring. Quality and Safety: This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy of one’s own work as well as the maintenance of required competencies, certifications, registration and other documentation. This position must also consistently reflect the departments’ Quality Improvement and Patient Safety standards, programs and initiatives. Growth & Integration: This position is responsible for the ongoing professional development of one’s own self and peers including demonstrating situational leadership and remaining in a constant learning and teaching state.
