Description We are looking for a Cybersecurity Metrics Analyst who will be an integral part of our team in Fort Worth, Texas. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in our cybersecurity metrics and reporting team, focusing on the identification, measurement, and analysis of cybersecurity metrics. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including metric owners, cybersecurity product teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure the successful maintenance of cybersecurity risk metrics. Aid in the continued development and implementation of the cybersecurity metrics framework. Conduct thorough analysis of cybersecurity metrics to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in cybersecurity data. Regularly pull, test, and report cybersecurity metrics to support business requirements. Work closely with the metrics technical teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of cybersecurity metrics. Communicate complex cybersecurity metric concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Maintain a strong attention to detail and produce accurate and high-quality metrics reports for leadership audience. Stay updated with industry best practices related to cybersecurity metrics and reporting. Leverage knowledge of industry-standard cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework or ISO 27001. Use data analysis and visualization tools to support metric reporting and analysis. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Cyber Security and Risk Assessment Proven experience in Metrics and Metric Reporting Solid understanding of Computer Sciences and Laptop Hardware Proficient in Data Analysis and identifying Patterns Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills Ability to create and deliver effective Training and Presentations Experience working with Stakeholders and C-Suite executives Knowledge of Finance and Workstation Support Proficient in the Implementation of Best Practices and Frameworks Experience with HealthCare.gov specifications and requirements Ability to draft Business Requirement Document with clear Specification Familiarity with Methodology in the field of Cybersecurity Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
