- Keep accurate inventory of all assets through the lifespan of the equipment.
- Repair and service laptops to get in working condition.
- Wipe, re-image and deploy functional laptops.
- Daily and weekly reporting of equipment including but not limited to disposal, acquisition, and repair.
- Receive, respond to and track client service requests utilizing standard customer service skills.
- 3+ years of technology asset management or related work experience
- Experience working with Dell, HP, and Microsoft vendors and VAR' s.
- Understanding of SCCM, Intune, Windows DS, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
- Heavy experience with desktop imaging
- Ability to keep track of inventory, shipping and ordering of equipment and peripherals across multiple offices.
- Strong organization skills, documentation skills and minute attention to detail.
- Proven ability to accurately troubleshoot hardware issues (A+ certification is a plus)
- Knowledge of industry standards for Asset Destruction / Disposal.
- Self-starter who works well independently or with technical support staff.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and execute planned initiatives on-time.
- Experience with ServiceWise is a plus.
- Associates Degree in Information Technology preferred or 3+ years' work experience in asset management or IT related jobs.
- Specialized licenses or certifications is a plus.
- A current and valid driver license.
