Overview:The Business Analyst II provides reporting and analytical support for Senior analysts and the department manager. Responsibilities include developing and tracking of key statistical information and performance metrics, preparing various reporting views, gathering requirements for new reporting, Organizing and presenting data to management. Responsibilities:Monitor and send recurring reportingQuerying for ad-hoc data requestsCreation of reporting ViewsProvide analytical support to Sr. Analyst and ManagerGather requirements for new reportingDevelop of new reporting viewsOrganize, prep, and present data to managementPerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values Qualifications:Light to moderate skills with SQL databaseModerate skills with MS Office, including Excel & PowerpointMust be highly proficient in Excel and WordMust be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independentlyProven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environmentExcellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgmentFinancial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferredStrong business acumen and ability to interface with executive managementBenefits:We put our Ambassadors first.
