Description: Selected candidate will perform tasks in support of Operations team within the F-35 Production Business Unit (PBU). The team is responsible for implementing the management system and business rhythm across the PBU and integrating across the functions and business units on the F-35 program.The selected candidate will be responsible for driving performance across the F-35 PBU for activities such as risk management, on-time delivery performance, metrics, and operations alignment.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined educationRisk Management experience (identification, waterfall development, execution, and closure)Metrics development and performance managementProgram Management experience (experience with program scheduling, proposal planning, and execution)Experience defining program requirements to meet customer needs, translating them into an executable program, and leveraging the Matrixed organization to ensure all elements of the program are deliveredExperience with Earned ValueDesired Skills:Earned ValueExecutive Presentation DevelopmentSchedule and Critical Path DevelopmentDatabase or Data ManagementTableauBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
