GeneralSummary .

The Receiver II, Returns performs all activities related to theaccurate and timely shipping and / or receiving of

returns.

This position will beresponsible for

Prepare returns to bereceived.

Match actual product toassociated documentation; record transactions in the WMS (Warehouse ManagementSystem).

Research and resolvediscrepancies between actual product and associated documentation.

Respond to internal andexternal requests for information regarding receiving / shipping data or issues.

Thorough understandingand adherence of safety rules and regulations, and reporting requirements.

Relies on limitedexperience and judgement to plan and accomplish tasks.

Assist other departmentemployees for completion of more difficult assignments.

Work under generalsupervision.

Other duties asassigned or requested.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

High School Diploma orequivalent education and 2-4 years relevant experience.

Proficient in MicrosoftOffice applications.

Excellent verbal andwritten communications skills.

Customer servicedriven.

Strong team player.
