Job Description

As the Regional Business Development Leader for the Texas Region (Texas and Oklahoma), you will be responsible for executing a regional sales strategy that ensures maximum exposure of the firm andgrows key accounts in the TexasRegion. This position will work closely with theRegional Leader, local office leaders and local business development staff. The role will also involve new client development,new lead generationwith current and new clients,opportunity managementand cross selling. The Regional Business Development Leader also supervises the local business development staff in Texas and Oklahoma.

You bring to the team:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team
  • Degree in engineering, sciences, landscape architecture, or business (other related field)
  • At least 10 years of business development experience in a professional setting, preferably in theconsulting industry, AEC industry experience a plus
  • A proven track record ofwinning key projects and expanding revenue basethrough marketing and business development
  • Ability to developand implementregional sales strategiesfor certain new and existing key clients
  • Must be located in the DFW area
