Our unified team has demonstrated that the only limits on achievement are those that we place on ourselves!Job Description:The Sales Managers primary function is to sell concrete cutting and demolition services by establishing and maintaining effective contact with potential and existing clients. This role will also be responsible for estimating, planning, coordinating, and managing projects.The ideal candidate for this position must be well-versed in construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The goal of this position will be to build and nourish relationships with customers and ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.Responsibilities:
Develop and identify prospects from existing clients, referrals and other sources
Make “cold calls” as required in target areas or as directed by Branch Manager
Establish and maintain frequent contact with clients
Present or arrange presentations for new clients
Manage workflow to meet changing priorities and properly fill out daily paperwork
Prepare estimates and quotes for concrete cutting and demolition projects
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
Plan, schedule, supervise and coordinate on-site activities to ensure quality control and resolve problems, etc.
Build reports to communicate progress on bid submittals, proposals, and sales activities to management
Read blueprints, perform accurate quantity takeoffs, define scopes of the project, and attend job walks and project meetings
Correspond with clients and vendors in coordinating new and ongoing projects
Complete and submit proposals, bid packets, RFIs and change orders
Qualifications:
4+ years of related construction experience (Required)
2+ years of sales experience (Required)
2+ years of estimating experience (Preferred)
Must pass Drug Screen (Required)
Valid Driver's License (Required)
Must have a good driving record (MVR)
Ability to learn new software and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to complete data entry on a PC/tablet
Ability to follow detailed processes
Good working knowledge and language used in relevant markets
Organized and responsible
Ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone with different personnel
Be self-motivated and punctual
