Job Title: Senior Analog Engineer

Location: Fort Worth, TX or Erie, PA (Relocation Assistance Available)

Direct Hire, Full Time Perm Salary Range: $110,000K to $150,000K - Direct Hire, Full Time Perm opportunity with Full Benefits Package including Medical, Dental, Vision Care, 401K, paid holiday and paid days off

Responsibilities:Lead the analog circuit development. Develop analog circuits for the FPGA or microprocessor-based control, processing and communications solutions in an embedded real-time control environment utilizing current technology and analysis tools. Work with electronics hardware, firmware, software, system teams to define product requirements and develop product roadmap for innovation. Develop analog filter of lowpass, high pass, band pass with basic and multi pole design. Handle the sensor interfacing including scaling and noise performance. Design around the analog input scaling and conditioning for input to A to D, including prediction of tolerance errors. Select component for analog building blocks. Run the simulation using the Spice like tools. Perform lab test evaluating analog to Digital performance, including processing captured digital data for DC offset, Gain, Noise and step response. Guide the PCB Layout for EMI / EMC, Signal Integrity and Power Integrity. Lead field issue resolution. Participate in design reviews related to assigned projects. Provide manufacturing support, set up production test definition Establish design and quality methods, specifications, documentation, verification, simulations, best practices and analog design standards. Design for lifetime support, intellectual property management and obsolescence mitigation.

Requirements:Bachelor s of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. 10+ years of experience designing analog system. Demonstrated experience in full life-cycle of hardware product development, verification and validation in locomotive, vehicle or engine control unitExcellent analog design skills with simulation, tolerance analysis, noise filtering. Firm understanding of electronic schematics, printed circuit board design and test. Hands on experience on simulation/design validation tools such as Spice modeling. Experienced in developing analog filter of lowpass, high pass, band pass with basic and multi pole design. Understand the sensor interfacing including scaling and noise performance. Excellent design experience with the analog input scaling and conditioning for input to A to D, including prediction of tolerance errors. Well understand the components for analog building blocks. Strong hands on capability of performing lab test evaluating analog to Digital performance, including processing captured digital data for DC offset, Gain, Noise and step response. Understand PCB Layout for EMI / EMC, Signal Integrity and Power Integrity. Strong verbal and written communication skills, specifications and product documentation. Demonstrate the strong leadership while operating in a team environment, practicing concurrent engineering by working closely with members on the development team, as well as Manufacturing, Marketing, Packaging, and other team members.
