Job Description:

Manages projects in scope for Specialty Product Servicing (SPS), processes or functions although some may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications. Serves as secondary contact to senior department managers for critical change initiatives and provides assistance to staff. Partners with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change.
  • Accountable forSPS Program Management Office (PMO) to deliver on program objectives, deliverables, and controls
  • Plans, organizes, monitors and controls projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion.
  • Develop and socialize potential risk mitigation strategies.
  • Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed.
  • Partners with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change.
  • Responsible for Clarity and PCM updates and project documents. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Required skills:
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment that has high visibility and evolving structure
  • Mortgage and Vehicle Servicing Operations (MVSO) experience -or- project management support experience
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail, confident enough to raise questions and escalate when necessary
  • Collaborates well in a team environment - Able to build broad-based business relationships across the organization using influencing skills while resolving conflict with minimal noise
  • Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence required to interact with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage competing needs and drive to quality despite changing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Ability to gain a solid understanding of various operations and support functions and consult/influence leaders on business opportunities
