This position will be located in Fort Worth, TX.You willprovide F-35 Air Vehicle Modifications, Repair, Operations and Upgrades (MRO&U) Operations metrics and analysis for presentation to Program leadership to enable program management decision making in meeting key milestones.Responsibilities include:Lead the development of weekly metrics related to the performance of Depot and Field Team MRO&U activities in the US and internationalGather metrics measuring performance; CPI, SPI, and Quality and metrics of activities impacting performance; timely availability of funding, parts, support equipment, technical directions, engineering resolutions, etc.Support weekly Depot Modification Management leadership meetings with LM and JPO HPSI counterpartsDevelop strategic reporting and presentations for education and decision makingPerform root cause analysis of degraders to performance and work with execution and support teams to recommend corrective actionsWork in an Agile Cell environment with an IPTMember of team responsible for evaluating current MRO&U performance and working with functional and technical teams to remove production constraintsThe ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to develop customer intimacy and participate on a diverse team environment. Strong communications skills and the ability to develop solutions to complex problems.Basic Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management,or related discipline and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience -OR- MS Business, Program Management,or related discipline and a minimum of 8 years experience -OR- an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degreePerformance measurement experience using metrics analysis to report program cost, schedule and performanceExperience performing strategic analysis for performance improvementsWorking knowledge of EVMSStrong MS Excel skillsUS Citizenship requiredPreferred Qualifications:MRO&U experienceAerospace industry experienceNorthrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
