Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Provide technical troubleshooting and repair assistance via telephone to Traulsen independent service agents Facilitate resolution of equipment and service performance complaints received from customers Investigate and assist Quality and Engineering with resolution development for equipment performance Conduct or support in house training Review for technical merit and process warranty claims within approval limitations Support upgrades and retrofit programs as needed Assist with the development of Owner’s Manuals, parts lists and technical document support.

Qualifications

EDUCATIONApplicable Technical Degree in HVAC-R or applicable experience in lieu of a degree

QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years experience in technical field support in refrigeration, HVAC or Electronics Good communication and listening skills Excellent customer focus and customer service skills Displays creativity and innovation Outstanding dependability and reliability Good problem solving and analysis

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Office Environment Repetitive use of telecommunications equipment and computers Some Manufacturing Floor and Warehouse Environment
