IT Manager – RevenueLocation: Frisco, TXDuration: 5 months

Duties:

Stakeholder Management- Builds and maintains effective working relationships and partnerships with stakeholders- Ability to drive conflict resolution between stakeholders, including senior management and cross functional teams- Sets and influences stakeholder expectations related to technology initiatives- Responsible for transparent communication to stakeholders related to technology initiatives

Management Reporting- Participates in monthly operational reviews of operational performance and roadmap status- Executes against operational KPIs- Reviews, identifies areas for improvement and makes recommendations to leadership "

Resource and Budget Management- Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan - that are agreed upon by upper management- Works closely across IT and Technical Project Managers to track resource allocation and utilization for portfolio projects- Works closely with Project Managers to track resource allocation and utilization for larger projects- Requests approvals for additional expenses outside of approved budget/headcount- Communicates budget estimates for cross functional projects/programs, and ensures teams execute assigned projects within approved budgets- Manages and/or escalates issues, as needed- Provides input to the annual budget planning process relating to project/support/SW maintenance/ Renewals/purchases/etc. for his/her areas of responsibility "

System Optimization- Reviews and approves recommendations from Manager, to implement improvements- Manages implementation of approved system improvement recommendations "

Project / Program Management- Responsible for reviewing and approving project plans, provided by Project Managers and technology professionals- Responsible for ensuring projects deliver on time and budget by holding contributors accountable for delivering on project milestones and deliverables- Responsible for escalating issues and potential roadblocks to management, including making recommendations to address and resolve- Expected to resolve most issues to closure- Responsible for identifying and mitigating project execution risks- Guide and /or revise project plan to ensure it completely captures all activities and eliminates duplicative efforts- Streamlines resources and activities and identifies opportunities to automate tasks "

Road Map / Planning- Responsible for leading strategic planning, influencing and driving prioritization of initiatives with functional stakeholders- Responsible for developing and communicating a roadmap of projects and initiatives to functional stakeholders "

People Management- Provides leadership and direction to the team, through managers- Is accountable for the performance and results of direct reports and maybe a larger or multiple teams

Skills: - 10+ years' experience implementing and supporting Enterprise Revenue Applications- Experience of implementing and supporting Zuora RevPro Cloud 3.6- Experience of supporting period close process and SEC Disclosure Reporting- Exhibits keen interest and experience in working with evolving business models in a large scale, complex, transformational programs.- Experience working in Agile software development life cycle preferred- Ability to build relationships, influence key decision-makers, and collaborate on a cross-functional team comprised of diverse personalities, skill sets, and levels of experience.- Strong team player who breaks down silos and works effectively with teams and stakeholders to establish and accomplish business objectives.- Effective communicator that works well in a collaborative team setting.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional emotional intelligence.- Attention to detail with excellent planning and organization skills and can adjust to changing demands to prioritize among multiple deliverables and tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Creative problem solver who is able to think beyond the status quo.
