Job Title:- Business Analyst/ Product Owner Location:- Frisco Texas (Onsite from day 1) Contract Duration :- 6+ months Need visa indepent candidate only who is ready to be onsite from day 1 to Frisco, TX
- Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge
- Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into requirements
- Ability to understand the team's challenges and develop solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects from beginning to completion
- Managing the backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
- Overseeing all stages of creation including design and development
- Good written and verbal communication skills are crucial for working with all stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation that support business requirements and testing.
- Perform as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent of all automations platforms within the enterprise
- Evaluate third-party software applications and components targeted for possible integration into the overall solution, including applications and tools
- To carry out the role successfully, a candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of Process Reengineering & Automation
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Four (4) year degree in Computer Science or related field of study
- 8-10 years of experience in designing and developing solutions in an enterprise environment
- Preferably hands on experience with Automation tools such as Microsoft's Power Platform, Chatbots & UiPath
