Qualifications:• Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.• Minimum 8 years of progressive IT experience and 5 years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects/programs, including operating in an Agile delivery model• Project Management or Agile Certification Preferred (PMP, SAFe certifications)• Supply Chain process and technology expertise strongly preferred• Consultant and vendor management expertise strongly preferred• Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma expertise strongly preferred• Proven experience managing effective governance in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and/or other Agile methodology framework• Outstanding ability to manage relationships and balance customer, project, organization, and team needs to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes• Excellent consultative skills and ability to communicate effectively across varied stakeholder audiences, including senior organizational leaders• Ability to translate complicated project concepts (milestones, risks, desired outcomes, decision options, etc.) into concise observations and recommendations• Possesses strong strategic orientation, analytical skills, critical thinking ability, and evaluate broad impacts of work• Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to lead, influence, and motivate others in a diverse work group• Strong team leadership to support identification and removal of impediments to delivery• Proven ability to work with minimal guidance, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances• Comfortable working and leading by example in a high volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented work environment• Must be well organized, able to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and follow through on commitments• Experience in effective change management techniques and implementation• Ability to travel up to 10-15%

The Sr. Program Manager – IT will serve as Portfolio Manager for the Supply Chain Business and report into the VP, IT Supply Chain working with close alignment to the project management office. The role requires both hands-on and strategic capabilities to provide lean portfolio management leadership and oversight to ensure value-driven governance both within the current delivery model and engaging as they transform to their specific Agile delivery framework. This role is highly collaborative within and outside of the Supply Chain Portfolio working with the VP IT and team to monitor and govern the execution of initiatives, including investment & funding management, delivering against key outcomes, managing change, driving IT excellence, process improvement and providing superior customer support. This role will combine IT delivery expertise, while leveraging the blended skillset of an Agile coach and trusted business partner, to consult and manage the portfolio from original concept through successful change management and delivery of value.

Responsibilities:§ Govern Supply Chain outputs as the client evolves to a Scaled Agile and Lean environment§ Ensure Agile PMO governance processes and decisions are applied and documented consistently and apply coaching where necessary§ Promote a continuous improvement and learning environment§ Proactively manage and communicate horizontally and vertically within the organization allowing objective decisions to be made about project priorities, future investments and resource utilization§ Oversee creation and review of key metrics and reports related to committed outcomes to measure portfolio health§ Partner with stakeholders to ensure key data is documented accurately and completely in lean business cases and that funding and allocation requests have clear business outcomes§ Ensures clear and consistent communications on the portfolio of work, its progress, challenges and risks through standard cadence & agile ceremonies with required teams§ Partners with Portfolio Managers from other areas of IT to identify opportunities for efficiencies and resolve issues or risks to overall IT health, including understanding the larger/broader IT picture (strategy and work) and how their portfolio aligns§ Participates and contributes to the capacity commitment discussions and decisions and identifies ways/means to resolve capacity conflict and/or demand conflicts§ Work closely with the Supply Chain team to anticipate and manage new demand through the intake and pipeline processes, execution against commitments and support of the delivery teams§ Support Portfolio Financial management processes for planning cycles, delivery of work, management of ongoing cost/benefits realization processes partnering closely with the portfolio financial analysts
