Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Agency partnerships are unique in how they conduct business compared to other Channel partners. As such, there needs to be an Agency focus applied to what reporting and billing processes need to be established to enable Agency revenue, how ODC properly tracks and attributes revenue to Agencies, and how to analyze data to inform ODC s GTM strategies with Agencies. Couple this with the fact that ODC is bringing together multiple products, financial systems and human capital processes across various acquisitions, we are looking for someone who will be passionate about creating the operational foundation required to set up our Agency partnerships for success as well as delivering insights to the broader org to be able to create data driven GTM strategies and Product planning decisions. You will be required to collaborate closely with our Finance, Business Operations and GTM teams, amongst others, owning project management responsibilities to enable revenue growth with ODC s Agency partners through business analytics and operations.Primary ResponsibilitiesBusiness Intelligence & Operations: Understand the way in which our Agency partners conduct business and work with the cross-functional ODC teams to establish the optimal business operations processes to enable ODC Sales to drive revenue and make it easy for Agencies to conduct business with ODC. Propose and manage solutions for data integrity for the Agency business including liaising with the Sales org to maintain agency to client mappings. As these optimal reporting and billing processes are established, own training the necessary ODC stakeholders.Business Analytics: Bridge the various financial systems, reporting workflows and human capital processes at ODC to be able to produce digestible business analytics for substantial partnership opportunities with Agencies. Develop strategies and templates to inform broader agency trends in revenue and product activation including profitability, deal calculators and efficiency frontiers with agency discounting/bundling structures. Define Agency performance metrics and produce standard recurring insights to track team performance, inform ODC GTM strategy, Product planning and Leadership decisionsForecasting: Proactively forecast revenue being driven through Agency partners and create pacing documents to be able to track in real-time the health of our Agency businessInnovative Growth: Explore new reporting infrastructure partnership opportunities that will allow ODC to scale our business with Agency partners based on the way the Agency ecosystem operates and how they conduct business.
