Project Managers ensure that a contract for products and/or services is delivered to the satisfaction of the customer and Company. Project Managers will communicate, coordinate, develop project plans, determine resource requirements and schedule all aspects of a project from inception to completion. Additionally, Project Managers will establish timelines and oversee schedules to assure goal attainment.Essential Function:
Manage and track project expenditures.
Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Establish sub-team hierarchy as required to coordinate and close issues.
Use disciplined project management methods and tools to ensure that project is delivered as planned.
Coordinate critical path dependencies with management and all key stakeholders.
Track and drive issues to resolution.
Communicate status and requirements to all key stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal and external parties, cross-functional leads to ensure projects are meeting schedule.
Identify and communicate timeline misses and work with vendors and others to recover and adjust plans as required to ensure plan objectives are met.
Monitor status of individual subcomponents to develop and communicate single view of project.
Initiate, plan, execute, monitor & control, and close projects according to deadlines and within budget
Develop and present routine status reports on project timeline, issues, jeopardies, and communications with key stakeholder groups both internal and external.
Normally the lead person for add on sales opportunity generation.
Oversees schedules and budgets for assigned projects to ensure goal attainment.
Ability to effectively meet customer's needs, build productive internal and external stakeholder relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Ability to understand the financial impact of decisions on the profitability of the project

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of related experience
CAPM certification required, prefer PMP
Experience in Telecom Business or Field Services is preferred
Ability to produce/use, project-related documents and documentation standards required of a Project Manager (SOW, Project Plans, OBS, WBS, schedule, reporting)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SmartSheets, Teams, Outlook, and work order management systems
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to project manage multiple, complex parallel projects
Valid driver’s license
Working Conditions:

Requires frequent standing, walking, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling and reaching.
Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 50lbs.
